Terms of the pre-launch pilot

• IcePlans is operated by FUNARO LTDA, a company registered in Brazil (CNPJ 64.534.917/0001-59).
• Requesting access is free. It does not charge you, does not start a subscription and does not create any obligation to buy.
• The proposed pilot price is DKK 499/company/month for 3 months, then DKK 799, for one company with up to 5 activities and up to 3 internal users. Guests opening the public visitor page are not counted as users. Before any charge you receive the full scope, total price, taxes, currency, start date, cancellation and refund conditions in writing, and nothing is charged until you accept.
• Set-up and support are asynchronous, by e-mail. No meeting is required.
• IcePlans organises documents that you write and approve: revisions, language links, approvals and controlled publication. It does not write, translate, certify or technically validate safety plans, does not give legal or safety advice, does not guarantee compliance, does not send anything to authorities and is not an emergency system.
• You remain responsible for the content, approval and suitability of your safety plans, and for deciding which edition guests may use.
• IcePlans is independent and not affiliated with the Government of Greenland or Visit Greenland.
• The sample demo uses fictitious data and is not for operational use.
